Bdg Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

1. General Terms & Eligibility
To use the bdg platform, you must be 18 years of age or older and comply with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. Each user may open only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful, and must be updated immediately if it changes. bdg reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and for any reason. The platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only; commercial use is strictly prohibited.
2. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Terms
All transactions on the bdg platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) and the terms of the applicable payment method will apply. Deposited funds will only be accepted from a payment method registered in the account holder's name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests may take a set amount of time to process, and withdrawals may be held if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed. If any suspicious financial activity is detected, bdg reserves the right to freeze the funds of the relevant account until an investigation is concluded. Bonuses and promotional offers carry their own wagering requirements, which apply separately, and bonuses may be forfeited if those requirements are not met. Any account found to be involved in money laundering or illegal financial activity will be immediately closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.
3. Gaming Rules & Fair Use
All games on the bdg platform are conducted fairly and transparently, with no possibility of manipulation in determining outcomes. Using any kind of bot, automated software, or artificial means to play games is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination. Any attempt to exploit bonuses or manipulate the system using multiple accounts is strictly forbidden. In the event of any dispute regarding game results, bdg's system logs will be considered the final evidence. If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, bdg reserves the right to void that round and refund the wager.
4. Account Security & Privacy
It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential and they should not be shared with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the bdg support team immediately. 5. Limitation of Liability & Right to Modify
The bdg platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. bdg will not be held liable if game outcomes are affected by internet disconnection or device issues. bdg reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, and notice will be given on the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
